Follow the terms of the Notice currently in effect.

  1. How We May Use and Disclose Your Health Information
We may use or disclose your health information for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations without your explicit written authorization:

A. Treatment

C. Healthcare Operations
We may use and disclose your PHI to support our daily operational activities, such as quality assessment, clinical audits, licensing, business planning, customer service, and platform maintenance.

  1. Other Permitted Uses and Disclosures Without Authorization
Under federal and Florida law, we may disclose your PHI without your authorization under specific circumstances:

Public Health & Safety: To public health authorities to prevent or control disease, injury, or disability, or to report adverse reactions to medications.

Law Enforcement & Legal Proceedings: In response to a court order, subpoena, warrant, or other lawful judicial process.

Health Oversight Activities: To health oversight agencies (such as the Florida Board of Medicine or Florida Department of Health) for audits, investigations, and licensure oversight.

Deceased Individuals: To coroners, medical examiners, or funeral directors as necessary to carry out their duties.

Threat to Health or Safety: When necessary to prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to the health or safety of a person or the public.

  1. Uses and Disclosures Requiring Your Written Authorization
For activities not described above, we will obtain your explicit written authorization before using or disclosing your PHI. Specifically, we will never:

Sell your PHI or personal data to third parties.

Use your health information for third-party marketing or commercial advertising.

Share psychotherapy notes without your written consent (where applicable).

You may revoke any written authorization at any time in writing, except to the extent that we have already acted upon it.
